There's so much information available and so many different things that you are able to do with great site! What works best, however, is using just one thing at a time. It might be necessary to change up the approach that you take eventually though because each person needs something slightly different. It would be an awful idea, however, to do too many things at one time; it just makes it more difficult for you. Don't start with the strategies which are advanced, start with the standard stuff and after that move up when you feel more confident and experienced.
